| Shipping Address |
TEIN will ship all orders to the address provided by the customer.
TEIN will NOT be responsible for any mis-ships due to data entry or input errors.
TEIN will NOT ship to certain regions such as military bases, overseas territories etc.
TEIN will NOT ship to a country or region that is not included in the drop-down list. |
| Shipping Fee and Method |
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (incl. customs, duties and/or taxes etc, if incurred).
All items will be shipped via JP POST (EMS,IPM, etc). |
| Back Order |
In the event of a back order, you will be notified by TEIN staff for information on its status. |
| Special Order |
NO cancellations on special orders will be permitted once ordered. |
| Return |
All sales are final.
If there is a defect in the purchased item, TEIN must be notified within one (1) week following the receipt of the item.
TEIN staff will then assist through the process. |
| Cancellation |
If an item requires to be cancelled, TEIN staff must be notified prior to shipping.
NO cancellation will be permitted once an item has been shipped. |
| Duty & Prohibited items/goods |
Import restrictions differ with each country and some goods may not be imported.
The importer is fully responsible to check with local authorities that the goods comply with local import regulations, check and be liable
for all related import duties/costs incurred.
TEIN will not be liable nor can not take any responsibility for any transaction(s). |

TEIN will ship ordered items within 3-4 business days of purchase order.
Orders containing item(s) on back order and/or special order will be shipped once all items become available. |
