All Japan Dirt Trial Championships 
Rd.2 KEN MILLENNIUM CUP TRIAL in MARUWA
 
Second Consecutive Win in D Class for Sumiyama
 
The second round of the 2010 All Japan Dirt Trial Championship “KEN MILLENNIUM CUP in MARUWA” was held at “Maruwa Autoland Nasu” in Tochigi Prefecture on May 30th. Kawashima in PN Class was very familiar with this course and was looking for a good result but with slight problems he could only manage to finish in 3rd position.
 
Driving in his home turf, Akaba in N3 Class performed well and went on to take 4th position in the class. Nishimura making his first appearance of the season, after finishing 6th overall last year, showed he hadn’t lost his pace and finished in 2nd position.
 
In SC1 Class Kojima had prepared well for this round as well, and was able to find the right setting to finish in 2nd position. In D Class, Sumiyama made a slight mistake in his first run, but ran a near perfect second run to take the top time and his second consecutive win.
 
The next round will be held on June 20th at “Monzen Sport Park” in Wajima city, so stay tuned for more action from all the TEIN users.
