Toyota Previa/Estima/Tarago - Strut Top Bearing

This applies to Toyota Previa (also known as Estima and Tarago) ACR30/40W and MCR30/40W, when installing TEIN shock absorbers that use the vehicle's original upper mount, such as STREET BASIS.

An upside-down strut top bearing can cause noise and obstruct steering, and in the long run result in damage to itself and the upper spring seat. During installation, please pay special attention to which way the strut top bearing originally faces, and replace it the same way on top of the TEIN upper spring seat (Diagram). The vehicle's original upper mount goes on top, and the securing top nut must be tightened at the prescribed torque.
