SUPER LOW DOWN specialized setup
"SUPER FLEX WAGON SUPER LOW DOWN" is a ride height adjustable shock absorber based on "SUPER FLEX WAGON" with greater low down feature.
To compensate for the additional low down feature, it has been designed with recalculated spring rate and damping force for optimum specification and settings. It offers more room for styling while maintaining ride comfort.
Enjoy not just the low down feature, but with superb quality-performance balance.
Fully Compatible For Larger Tire & Wheel Sizes
Settings have been optimized using larger tire & wheel sizes for every model. The design has been set considering the use of larger wheel sizes and to maintain ample ride comfort.
Electronic Damping Force Controller (EDFC) Compatible
Compatibility with EDFC (sold separately) allows the driver to make damping force adjustments from within the vehicle. It eliminates unnecessary time raising the hood or taking off interior parts, and makes changing settings simple and enjoyable.
(EDFC is not compatible for some vehicle models)

A) 16-Level Damping Force Adjustment Feature
(Compression/Rebound Together)

Well established 16-level damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together) for optimizing vehicle performance and providing wider setting capability on all kinds of roads; from streets, winding roads to highways. Specially designed needle valve controls damping force linearly at all levels. Enjoy the wide range of settings available for your driving pleasure.

B) Reinforced Rubber Mount
Exclusively designed reinforced rubber mount is used to maintain calmness and comfort. 2 types are available for Ft strut suspension; bearing enclosed (Patent Pending) and floating, to meet the vehicle’s characteristics. The all-new floating Thrust type enables more durability and smoother handling.
C) Spring
Newly designed springs are used for improved traction and ride comfort.
D) Twin-Tube Structure
Twin-tube structure is utilized for high durability and increased stroke length. Excellent ride comfort and “flat ride” feel in various road conditions, from city to highways, has been achieved because of superior damping force characteristics.
E) Spring Seat / Seat Lock
Forged Aluminum is used for the spring seat and seat lock. It is designed to keep the Adjust Wrench in place, and to allow for easy ride height adjustment. (Patent Pending)
F) Rust Prevention on Threads
All threading parts on shell cases are coated with specially formulated Fluorine for outstanding rust protection as well as for smoother ride height adjustment. Electroless nickel coating combined with powder coating is applied to lower brackets.
G) Full-Length Ride Height Adjustment Feature
Full-length adjustment system with the use of movable lower bracket allows for separate adjustment of ride height and pre-load, making it possible to secure sufficient stroke and/or to change pre-load setting.
H) Conical Spring Washer
A conical washer is inserted between the bracket lock and the lower bracket, to effectively prevent loosening of the bracket lock, under various conditions.
